We typically ship tickets within one business day after we receive your order or after we receive the tickets from the issuer, whichever is later.  If you do not receive your tickets at least three days before your event, you must notify us by telephone.

Please inspect your tickets and any other documents upon receipt. You must notify us promptly of any discrepancy. Fantastic Seats will not be responsible for any discrepancy if not notified within 24 hours after tickets are delivered.

Where we make tickets available for pick up at will call, from one of our representatives at the venue or at another location, you must supply at the time of purchase the full legal name of the person who will pick up the tickets. At the time of delivery, that person must present a government-issued photo i.d. and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The names on the i.d. and credit card must match. We are not responsible if the identified recipient fails to pick up the tickets at the designated time and location. If the tickets are not available for pickup at the designated time and location, you must call and email our office immediately.

Replacement tickets. If your tickets are lost, stolen or damaged, we will attempt where possible to obtain replacement tickets on your behalf. We charge $15 for each replacement ticket plus shipping charges, if any.

Weather.  Fantastic Seats is not responsible for weather conditions. We will not provide refunds or exchanges if due to weather, traffic or other circumstances you are unable to reach the venue in time for the event.

Governing law.  This agreement and your ticket purchases are governed by the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, for any dispute related to this agreement or tickets purchased from us.

We also reserve the right to reject an order if due to a typographical error the tickets were listed with an incorrect price or other incorrect information.  If your credit card has been charged for the tickets we will issue a prompt refund.

Cancellations, refunds and exchanges. Upon confirmation, all sales are final. We do not permit cancellations, refunds or exchanges except as provided below.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be honored on the new date. No new tickets will be issued. As a general rule, we do not permit cancellations, refunds or exchanges in such circumstances.  Nevertheless, under certain circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer to provide a refund or to attempt to resell your tickets on a consignment basis. We will contact you if such circumstances exist.  

​If  a sporting event or theatrical performance is cancelled due to weather or a strike, you may exchange your tickets at the venue for a future date. Fantastic Seats will not provide refunds or exchan-ges. If a concert is cancelled completely, not postponed or re-scheduled, we will provide a full refund, less any shipping charges, provided that you return the tickets to us within fifteen (15) days after the cancellation is announced.   We highly recommend that you return the tickets via FedEx or UPS.  We are not responsible for return shipping costs or delivery errors. Please note that Fantastic Seats may not be notified of cancellations and schedule changes and we have no obligation to notify you. It is your responsibility to confirm the date and time of your event.

Further, if you are denied entry to an event because the venue deems tickets we deliver to you counterfeit or invalid, and you notify us immediately and provide us an opportunity to take correction action, then, if we are unable to rectify the situation, we will refund 200% of your purchase price upon receipt of written confirma-tion from a venue representative that you were denied entry on that basis.  This guarantee does not apply to e-tickets you email to others or to which you permit others to have access in electronic or paper form.

Ticket prices.  We often sell tickets at above face value and on occasion below face value. Prices are guaran-teed at the time we confirm an order. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Promo codes. Promotional codes are valid only for orders placed through our website. Only one promotional code may be used for each purchase. Other restrictions may apply.

Tax. We collect tax as required by law. We collect a tax of up to 7% on tickets for events with the City of Chicago.

Delivery. We ordinarily ship tickets only to the address printed on your credit card statement. If you want your tickets delivered to another address, we will require you to complete and submit a credit card authorization form with a copy of your driver's license and the front and back of your credit card.


Terms and Conditions

Order confirmation. Orders placed through our website are not final until we have confirmed them by email or phone.  Ticket inventory posted on our website is not displayed in real time.  As a result, tickets you purchase on our website might no longer be available. On rare occasions when this occurs, we may offer you equivalent or better substitute tickets, if available. We are not responsible if you fail to receive an email confirmation we transmit to an email address you supplied. We may not confirm until the following business day orders received after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays or on weekends or holidays.  

Right to reject orders.  We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. Among other circumstances, an order will be rejected if the name and address on the order do not match exactly the name and address on the purchaser's  monthly  credit  card  state-
